&Tradition Margas LC2 lounge chair

Designed to bring warmth, tactility, and understated elegance into refined spaces, the &Tradition Margas LC2 lounge chair reflects the distinctive sensibility of Liljencrantz through a silhouette that feels generous yet perfectly composed. This piece belongs to the curated world of armchairs and sofas and is conceived for indoor use in living rooms, lounges, suites, and hospitality environments where comfort must also convey visual sophistication. Its softly contoured form makes it especially appealing for those seeking a Scandinavian furniture piece with strong decorative value or a refined luxury lounge chair that can anchor a room with quiet confidence.

Comfort shaped through layered construction

Beneath its inviting appearance lies a carefully engineered structure. The frame is made from solid beech and plywood, then subsequently covered in HR foam and polyester wadding to achieve a seat that feels supportive, plush, and beautifully resolved. This layered composition enhances the natural presence of wood while allowing the upholstery to create a soft, enveloping volume. The result is a chair with the poise of a soft upholstered lounge chair and the everyday usability expected from premium seating. It is an ideal choice for specifiers and private buyers searching for modern Nordic seating, a premium living room chair, or a contemporary designer armchair that balances comfort with a cultivated aesthetic.

Textile character and visual depth

Available in Karakorum 003, the finish enriches the design with texture and tonal depth, giving the chair a more expressive and intimate presence. This upholstery choice enhances the softness of the silhouette while making the piece particularly suitable for layered residential schemes and elegant hospitality concepts. In interiors where furnishings are paired with selected pieces from &Tradition accessories and complements, the chair contributes to a more complete and atmospheric composition. At the same time, its restrained elegance allows it to converse naturally with the warmer, more immersive mood often associated with Space Copenhagen x &Tradition, creating spaces that feel both curated and deeply comfortable.

A lounge chair with lasting decorative appeal

Rather than relying on excess, this design achieves its impact through proportion, softness, and material richness. For those looking for an elegant relaxation chair, a distinctive high end Scandinavian furniture piece, or an iconic Margas chair by &Tradition, it offers a compelling blend of design character and inviting comfort. The chair’s sculptural body gives it the presence of an &Tradition designer lounge chair, while its calm refinement ensures long-term versatility across many interior styles. For discerning buyers interested in an authentic Liljencrantz lounge chair spirit translated through Scandinavian restraint, the LC2 delivers a polished and memorable seating experience.
