Serax Nido serving bowl/plate

The Serax Nido serving bowl/plate by Ann Van Hoey embodies the delicate dialogue between geometry and emotion that defines the Nido collection. Neither purely a bowl nor a plate, it blurs the boundaries between the two, achieving perfect equilibrium between aesthetic refinement and practical use. With its precise form and smooth white finish, it transforms everyday dining into an act of intentional beauty — a quiet celebration of proportion, function, and craft.

Balanced Form, Universal Purpose

Crafted in exquisite Bone China porcelain, this Bowl combines the strength of fine porcelain with the elegance of architectural design. The serax nido serving bowl is available in sizes ranging from 15 cm to 21 cm, each proportioned to accommodate diverse culinary presentations. The seamless transition between the base and rim gives it a sculptural quality that captures Ann Van Hoey’s fascination with geometry and precision. Perfectly at home within Serax Tableware, it pairs gracefully with minimalist flat plates and polished steel cutlery.

Design Rooted in Practical Elegance

Though refined in appearance, this piece is designed for alimentary use and fully dishwasher safe. The 15cm white serving dish is ideal for side portions or desserts, while larger variations work beautifully for soups or salads. The fine rim and balanced curvature ensure effortless handling, while the pure white glaze enhances food presentation. Each element of the design reveals Ann Van Hoey’s signature sensitivity to proportion and tactile perfection — a distinctive mark of Serax Home Accessories.
