The Seletti Connection Mirror is more than a mirror, it is a statement. Part reflection, part manifesto, it turns a daily gesture into a political and poetic act. The words etched into its surface: Resist, Sister, Dream, Merda, capture the raw honesty of contemporary art and the urgency of self-expression. This is not an accessory but a declaration: an invitation to confront identity and ideology through design. Within the world of Consoles and Mirrors, it stands apart as a voice of rebellion wrapped in beauty.
Design Identity & Variants
Created in collaboration with Codalunga, the Seletti Connection Mirror Resist Sister mirror and the Dream Merda mirror embody the tension between provocation and poetry. Each version carries a phrase that transforms reflection into dialogue: sometimes ironic, sometimes introspective. The typography, minimal yet assertive, reinforces the emotional impact of the words, creating pieces that are as visual as they are intellectual. The Connection Mirror Seletti online series invites you to reimagine your reflection as an artwork that speaks back.
Material & Craftsmanship
Made of glass mounted on a precision-cut MDF base, the mirror balances industrial accuracy and artisanal care. The reflective surface is smooth and luminous, while the engraved letters introduce depth and tactility. As part of the Seletti Mirrors collection, it demonstrates how material simplicity can convey conceptual power. The Glass Consoles and Mirrors composition ensures clarity and resilience, while maintaining the mirror’s role as a communicative medium, where design and language coexist.
Brand Context
Through the collaboration with Codalunga, Seletti brings contemporary art into domestic space. Known for its ironic, democratic approach to design, the brand transforms common objects into cultural artifacts. The Connection Mirror Seletti edition is part of this tradition: challenging, emotional, and immediately recognizable. It exemplifies Seletti’s mission to bridge art and everyday life, to make bold thought accessible, beautiful, and tangible.
Functionality & Use
Ideal for modern interiors, the Connection Mirror functions as both mirror and art piece. It adds depth, dialogue, and visual identity to entryways, studios, or living areas. Whether displayed alone or paired with minimalist furnishings, it becomes an emotional focal point. Perfect for collectors and thinkers, it’s easy to buy Connection Mirror and let reflection itself become a form of resistance — a silent conversation between design and human truth.
