Ichendorf Manhattan flute

Every toast deserves a glass that embodies elegance and intention. The Ichendorf Manhattan flute channels that idea through a perfectly balanced silhouette: tall, lean, and sculpted to enhance the sparkle of every champagne or prosecco. Designed by Ichendorf Design, this piece redefines refinement with a whisper of modern architecture, turning simplicity into an art form that reflects both precision and poetry.

Where craftsmanship meets design clarity

Each flute is mouth-blown and handmade by master artisans who translate centuries-old glassmaking expertise into contemporary elegance. With a capacity of 25 cl, the bowl is designed to highlight the effervescence of fine bubbles, while the stem ensures a comfortable, graceful hold. Despite its delicate appearance, it’s remarkably durable, dishwasher safe at low temperatures (40 °C/104 °F recommended), and retains its brilliance through time. When washing by hand, it’s best to support it by the bowl to avoid twisting the slender stem, preserving the glass’s integrity for years to come.

The artistry of the Manhattan collection

The Manhattan flute joins a family of stemware pieces that celebrate urban sophistication through transparency and proportion. This design harmonizes beautifully with the creative silhouettes from Ichendorf footed plates and complements the refined shapes of their designer pitchers or jugs. For collectors or design lovers, it also resonates with the aesthetic sensibility of the collaboration with Marco Sironi, where geometry, balance, and tactile pleasure come together in timeless Italian style.

A symbol of Italian craftsmanship

What distinguishes the Ichendorf Manhattan flute is its ability to merge artistry with function. Born from a process that values precision as much as emotion, this champagne glass becomes a piece of living design: delicate yet enduring. It aligns naturally with the experimental textures of the Desert Plants collection and the serene transparency of the Ichendorf tumblers & glasses family, each collection capturing a different mood while sharing a common dedication to beauty through light.
