The Ichendorf Liberta cup designed by Margherita Rui is a celebration of light, proportion, and understated beauty. Part of the refined Liberta collection by Ichendorf Milano, this coupe-style stem glass redefines the concept of elegance for contemporary living. Whether you choose the clear version for a pure minimalist look or the pink version for a touch of warmth, each piece captures light in motion; a dance between transparency and color that elevates every table. Perfect for champagne, cocktails, or desserts, the Liberta cup adds poetry to daily rituals and special moments alike.
Artisanal glass with a modern soul
Handcrafted from borosilicate glass and carefully lamp-worked by Ichendorf’s skilled artisans, every Liberta cup is a small sculpture of precision. The lightweight yet durable glass ensures lasting brilliance and a flawless finish. Its stem, elegantly slender, creates visual suspension while ensuring comfortable handling. For care, wash at low temperatures (40 °C / 104 °F recommended) or gently by hand, taking care not to twist the stem. The glass’s tactile clarity and fine balance between strength and delicacy are hallmarks of Ichendorf’s mastery in transforming material into art.
A refined companion for the modern table
The Liberta cup is designed to blend harmoniously with other pieces across their longdrinks and colourful tumblers and designer pitchers and jugs lines. Its subtle elegance pairs beautifully with Ichendorf teapots collection, creating a complete table ensemble that reflects both function and style. Its versatility allows it to be used as a serving piece for aperitifs or as a decorative accent; a glass that adapts fluidly to the rhythm of modern design. It speaks the same visual language as the rest of the Ichendorf universe: pure form, luminous presence, and timeless appeal.
Elegant vision in glass
Through the Liberta series, Ichendorf explores freedom as a design principle: freedom of gesture, of proportion, and of imagination. The Liberta cup embodies this philosophy, combining sculptural geometry with emotional resonance. The soft pink hue adds a whisper of color to the clear transparency, creating an atmosphere of intimacy and joy. Every sip becomes a tactile and visual experience, where Italian craftsmanship meets contemporary refinement. This cup, like the entire Liberta collection, is an ode to the art of living gracefully.
