Ichendorf Kokeshi flute

The Ichendorf Kokeshi flute, designed by Denis Guidone for Ichendorf, brings elegance and serenity to the art of celebration. Inspired by the minimalist form of Japanese Kokeshi dolls, this champagne glass embodies balance, grace, and proportion. Its elongated shape and pure transparency enhance the ritual of a toast, transforming it into a visual and tactile experience.

Artisanal Glass with Contemporary Refinement

Handmade and flame-worked in borosilicate glass, each Kokeshi flute reflects Ichendorf’s mastery of light and craftsmanship. With a capacity of 20 cl, it is ideal for champagne, prosecco, or sparkling cocktails. Resistant yet delicate, the glass maintains perfect clarity over time. Dishwasher safe at low temperatures (40 °C / 104 °F recommended), it is also suitable for careful hand washing, always handle by the bowl and avoid twisting the stem to preserve its elegant form.

Design Continuity Across the Collection

This minimalist borosilicate champagne flute is part of the Kokeshi collection, a series that reinterprets the harmony of Japanese tradition through Italian design precision. The Kokeshi flute complements the Kokeshi wine glass and Kokeshi water glass, offering a complete table experience that merges Eastern simplicity with Western craftsmanship. Belonging to the Denis Guidone x Ichendorf collaboration, it also pairs seamlessly with creations from the Botanica collection and their handmade borosilicate tumblers.

Lightness as an Aesthetic Principle

The design celebrates light, transparency, and proportion: elements that define Guidone’s artistic language. Each Kokeshi flute enhances the sparkle of the drink it holds, becoming a reflection of the moment itself. More than a simple object, it is a refined gesture of contemporary living, where function and emotion converge through craftsmanship and design clarity.
